Parallels Desktop – new Mac User boot disk cannot be found for VM

Hi after adding a new user I had the problem that Parallels told me during startup of the VM (Win7) that there is no disk which can be mounted for the system to boot up. I had prior changed the rights for the new user to be the same as for all others, the vm was placed in the Users/Shared folder, but it did not work. After a little googling I found the right command to correct the rights for the vm folder:

sudo chmod -R og+rwx
